RETURN POLICIES

We are sure that our products meet your expectations, but if for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with an item purchase at www.femalesshop.com simply return it within 7 days of receipt of your product, and we will be pleased to provide an exchange, credit or refund, in accordance with the following policy:
If you request the change of your item, once we receive the item, we will immediately process a new order for your exchange, and we will send it to you without additional shipping charge (As soon as our returns department has completed acceptance processing). Depending on the method of payment and the value of the new item, you may see a new charge or refund on your credit card statement or receive a phone call to arrange for the payment of the replacement item.

In case of refund, once we receive the item, the value will be credited again as soon as our returns department has completed acceptance processing (usually within 2 weeks).


PLEASE NOTE

Items that contain brands of deodorants, pet hairs, odors or any other condition, will not be accepted as eligible for change or refund; these items will be returned to customers' expenses.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with no sign of wear, use and with all tags in perfect condition and stuck to the garment. Please complete the attached return form and return with your item (s) and tax invoice to the address below. We recommend that you return the goods using the track record trackable, unfortunately FEMALES SHOP cannot accept any responsibility for the returned goods with an unregistered entry.
